- ELITE: < 16 seconds
- Advanced: < 20 seconds
- Intermediate: < 25 seconds
- Beginner: < 30 seconds
Rest Time: 45 seconds per rep
Coach’s Notes
Make sure to hit a proper warm-up before getting started! I would even recommend running your first couple reps at around 70-80% to make sure you’re ready for higher speed efforts.
