20 Minute AMRAP

Complete as Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes:

  • 4 Chin-ups
  • 8 Push-ups
  • 12 Sit-ups

Record total rounds completed.

Sub Inverted Rows for Chin-ups if necessary.
