30 Minutes of Fury FAQ

How many days per week are the workouts?

Workouts are 4 Days per Week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

What should I do on the weekends?

I don’t know. Go for a run. Watch some football. Get a hobby.

Should I do a warm-up?

Yes. 100% Yes. You can create your own or choose from one of the warm-ups here.

Doesn’t that make the workout longer than 30 minutes?

Yes, it does. 30 minutes is for the workout itself. When you include the warm-up and a minute or two to stretch after the workout (which I recommend), it’s going to be roughly 40 to 45 minutes total. Still well under an hour for a great workout.

Am I supposed to go as fast as possible?

No. Absolutely not. You should go through the workout with high tempo and minimal rest between sets. However, take your time when needed to focus on proper technique – especially when it comes to Olympic lifts, Squatting and Deadlifts.

Trying to go as fast as possible can lead to sloppy technique and injury. Go fast, but be smart.

This is, of course, unless the workout specifically states to go as fast as possible which will happen on occasion with bodyweight-type workouts.
