Coach’s Notes
Today is all about those heavy Deadlift sets. Make sure to brace hard and lock your back in every rep. Also, don’t be afraid to make the decision to lighten up if necessary. Better to be healthy and lift another day rather than forcing it and putting yourself in a bad spot.
The Front Squats following the Deadlifts are on the light to moderate side. Not trying to load up heavy after Deadlifting heavy. Just trying to get some solid knee bending in.
Finally, remember Pistols can be done to a box or bench (doesn’t have to be the full Pistols on air), and Nordics can be done with a partner or any object that can anchor your feet.
