  • 400m Sprint
  • 3 Minute Rest
  • Repeat for 4 total reps

The goal here is to shoot for the lowest possible total time.

This workout basically breaks up a mile into 4 higher intensity sprints. This allows you to push the pace and elevate your heartrate for a longer period of time while maintaining the same distance. Win-Win.
