Coach’s Notes
Today is a great strength development day. We’re hitting 5 sets of 5 on two big compound movements, Squat and Incline Bench.
The percentages here should be challenging, especially the two sets at 75%, but very manageable.
The day finishes off with some more great strength building movements with the accessory work, with Lunges, RDLs, Curl and Presses and Shrugs.
