- 800 meter run x 4
- 3 Minutes Rest between each rep
Coach’s Notes
This one is pretty simple. If you’re not familiar with an ‘800’, it’s two laps around a track. They’re also basically a half mile (not exactly, but very close). So, if you don’t have access to a track, you can also use a treadmill or maybe just your neighborhood.
Try to run at a pace that you can stay consistent with for all 4 reps.
