Workout Notes
This is a high volume workout that features four different supersets. For those that are somewhat new to the Daily Workouts, you’ll find that we utilize supersets in almost every workout.
Supersets, when utilized correctly, are one of the best ways to maximize efficiency in your workouts and thereby maximizing gains. Supersets are also great to help keep the heart rate up, improving cardiovascular health and burning extra calories.
