Coach’s Notes
Obviously the ‘stars of the show’ are the Deadlifts, specifically those two sets of 3 at 83%. Those are going to be pretty tough sets (if they’re not, then you’re performing well above your working max). Brace hard, stay tight and get after ’em!
If you don’t have a Reverse Hyper machine, RDLs (with a bar or dumbbells) are a solid substitute.
Then we’ll finish up the day with more grip work and a good amount of core.
