Coach’s Notes

Even though we’re going for a PR today, safety should still be the number one priority.

Make sure to have a spotter. Make sure to have safety racks properly set up.

Even if you’re an advanced lifter that knows how to properly bail out of lifts, it’s still not a bad idea to have extra safety measures in place… just in case.
