Workout Notes

Make sure to HAVE A SPOTTER if you plan on going for a PR.

Sometimes it’s just not your day… even on a ‘PR’ day. If the reps aren’t feeling great, don’t force it. Work up to a heavy single and call it a day.

Reminder that you should be going through a proper warm-up, not just hitting the work sets above. If you need some help with a warm-up, here are a few total body warm-ups that are simple but effective.
