Coach’s Notes
You should always have a spotter on Bench days, but for this one, it’s non-negotiable.
If you need additional warm-up sets, whether it’s an additional set of what I have listed or maybe an extra set of push-ups… do whatever you need to do to make sure you’re ready for the big sets coming our way.
We have nothing on the books once we’re done with Bench, so there’s no need to be in a rush warming up.
