Coach’s Notes
Our ‘Squatting in the New Year’ continues! Buckle up, because this is going to be an extremely challenging day.
One set of 5 at 76% is tough. Three sets of 5 at 76% is really going to make you EARN it.
Make sure to keep your technique sound, brace tight, and if necessary, there is no shame in backing down on the weight so you can finish sets properly.
After Back Squats, it’s a manageable day – although the combination of lunges, goblet squats and wall sits is going to have you ‘noticing’ your quads for a day or two.
