Today’s workout isn’t “sexy”. There is no “theme”. There’s nothing clever going on here.

This is a good ol’ fashioned STRENGTH DAY.

This is the type of work you have to put in if you want real lower-body strength results.

So, buckle up, put on your angriest playlist and let’s go to work.
