*Javorek Complex is a giant set of 5 different exercises done back to back. Weight should be light (often with only an empty barbell) and it should be done as a movement prep for the day.
The 5 exercises are Upright Row, Clean Grip Muscle Snatch, Squat to Press, Bent Over Row and RDL.
