Changing up cardio Wednesday a bit this with this workout. This workout is a Body Maintenance workout that focuses on areas that many of us often neglect: glute activation, shoulder mobility and stability, and core stability.
This circuit should not only have you feeling good after but will provide a ton of benefits to all your workouts going forward.
