Coach’s Notes
For today’s workout, you have a few different options depending on how much time you’re wanting to commit on Christmas.
A: Perform the full workout as-is. It’s a bit shorter than our usual Thursdays and should take you just under an hour… maybe 50 minutes.
B: Warm-up and just do the Snatches and Squats. Should take you closer to 30-35 minutes.
C: Skip it. Yes, skip it. If you spend your Christmas with family instead of working out, then that’s time well spent. See you for Get Swole Friday tomorrow.
