The Goal for this Challenge is to accumulate 100 points as quickly as possible with reps of Deadlift.
Men
135lbs = 1 point per rep
225lbs = 2 points
315lbs = 3 points
405lbs = 5 points
Women
95lbs = 1 point per rep
135lbs = 2 points
185lbs = 3 points
225lbs = 5 points
Scaling Option
Scale by reducing the total number of points needed to complete to either 75 or 50.

Yes, you can change the amount of weight you are using at any time. Yes, you can preload multiple bars before starting.
