Coach’s Notes
Most people will look at this workout and focus on the Deadlifts. Yes, it’s a good amount of volume… 38 reps across spread across 7 sets. Yes, it’s a relatively heavy day… finishing off with 84% for a double.
But, I promise you, today is not about the Deadlifts.
Those Walking Lunges, sitting innocently enough, right in the middle of the workout… 5 sets of 20 yards. Just horrible (who writes this stuff?!?).
If you make it through those, the rest is all downhill. A lot of traps and core really to finish off the day.
