Coach’s Notes
I want to clear up front… you do NOT have to go for a PR today. If the weight is feeling good and you’re feeling good, then you can absolutely go for it. However, sometimes it’s just not in the cards and that’s okay. Work up to what you feel comfortable with and call it a day. The most important thing is that we all leave the gym feeling healthy and ready to take on the day tomorrow!
