Coach’s Notes
We’re hitting a heavy amount of volume on Deadlifts today. 6 sets of 5, 30 reps total, makes for a very challenging day. Make sure to maintain your technique, continue to brace and stay tight, even when (especially when) you start to get fatigued.
After Deadlifts, we’ve got a mix of some more lower body work along with some upper body pressing (got PLENTY of upper body pulls in yesterday).
Finally, we’ll finish a little core to round out the day.
