Coach’s Notes

Classic lower body day.

After movement prep, some KB Swings for a bit of explosive work and to really fire up the posterior chain and get it ready for some heavy pulls.

Working up to 85% for doubles on Deadlift. Those will definitely be a good test to see where you’re at and whether or not it’s time to move your working max.

Finally, we’ll finish off with some single leg work and core.

Nothing fancy today. Just solid and effective strength training work.
