Deadlift EMOM Challenge

Deadlift 85% Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes

Workout Notes

Use appropriate warm-up/build-up sets as necessary. I would NOT suggest to ‘jump right in’ to your 85%.

This is a very demanding plan. Make sure to stay focused and braced on each and every rep. Don’t hesitate to scale back the weight if needed.
