1A | DB Bench Press | 2 x 30 |
1B | One Arm Row | 2 x 30 |
2A | DB Shoulder Press | 2 x 30 |
2B | DB Upright Row | 2 x 30 |
3A | DB Lateral Raise | 2 x 30 |
3B | DB Shrug | 2 x 30 |
4A | DB Curls | 2 x 30 |
4B | DB Skull Crushers | 2 x 30 |
Workout Notes
Each set of 30 today is a drop set.
If you’re unfamiliar with drop sets, a drop set is where you pick a moderately challenging weight for 10 reps. When you finish the last rep, sit that weight down and immediately pick up a slightly lighter weight. Do 10 more reps and repeat for the final 10 reps of the set of 30.
Here’s an example for DB Bench Press:
Grab 80s and do 10 reps. Put those down and immediately grab 60s and do 10 more reps. Put those down and immediately finish the set with 40s for 10 more reps.
