1ADB Renegade Row3 x 10
1BAlternating DB Floor Press3 x 10
2ADB Shoulder Press3 x 10
2BSeated Twist3 x 12
3ACurl and Press3 x 10
3BDB Lateral Raise3 x 12
4Push-up Ladder*see below

*Do 1 Push-up. Rest 10 seconds. Do 2 Push-ups. Rest 10 seconds. Do 3 Push-ups. Continue this pattern until you cannot complete the full set of push-ups unbroken. Always 10 seconds rest between sets.
