| 2B | Seated Twist | 3 x 12 |
| 3A | Curl and Press | 3 x 10 |
| 3B | DB Lateral Raise | 3 x 12 |
| 4 | Push-up Ladder* | see below |
*Do 1 Push-up. Rest 10 seconds. Do 2 Push-ups. Rest 10 seconds. Do 3 Push-ups. Continue this pattern until you cannot complete the full set of push-ups unbroken. Always 10 seconds rest between sets.
