Foundations Day 233

Hey gang, we’re piggy-backing off the main workout today. My suggestion here is to shoot for the beginner times listed below.

But, even if you’re not able to make those times – do the best you can and try to get moving! Record your times so you’ll have a goal that you can compete against the next time this workout comes around.

100s

100 yard sprints x 10

Goal Times:

  • ELITE: < 16 seconds
  • Advanced: < 20 seconds
  • Intermediate: < 25 seconds
  • Beginner: < 30 seconds

Rest Time: 45 seconds per rep

Coach’s Notes

Make sure to hit a proper warm-up before getting started! I would even recommend running your first couple reps at around 70-80% to make sure you’re ready for higher speed efforts.
