Coach’s Notes
Try to run/walk at a pace that you can stay consistent with for all 4 reps.
If you’re not familiar with a 400, it’s one lap around a track (or you can use 0.25 mile as a comparison as well). If you don’t have access to a track, you can easily use a treadmill for this run.
