20 Minute Run
For today’s Foundations Daily workout, we’re mimicking the main workout – a 20 minute run. If you can run for the full 20 minutes – great. If you need to break it up into a jog with some walking mixed in – that’s great too.
Try to cover as much distance as you can in 20 minutes.
I would highly suggest making a note of your distance covered… this workout makes an appearance every couple cycles and is a great one to be able to see your progress.
