1ADB Renegade Row3 x 10e
1BAlt DB Floor Press3 x 10e
2ADB Shoulder Press3 x 10
2BSeated Twist3 x 12e
3ACurl and Press3 x 10
3BDB Lateral Raise3 x 12
4Push Up Ladder**

*Start with 1 Push-up. Take 10 seconds rest. Perform 2 Push-ups. Take 10 seconds rest. Continue working up, adding 1 rep each set, as far as you can continue completing a full set.
