Foundations Day 33

  • Cross Fields x 12
  • Rest Time 35 seconds between each run

Cross Fields are a dialed-down version of today’s main Daily Workout – Half Gassers.

Whereas Half-Gassers are over and back across a football field, a Cross Field is simply one time across.

If you don’t have a football field (or most soccer fields), any area of 50 yards can work.

If you need to use a treadmill as a substitute, I suggest doing a run/walk of 15 seconds run – 30 seconds walk for a total of at least 10 minutes.

If all of this feels like ‘not enough’, stick with the main workout of Half-Gassers and pick a goal time that feels challenging but doable.
