1/2 Mile Jog/Walk
If you can jog the full half-mile, great! If not, break it up into walks as needed. Try to keep the walks consistent – for example, every time you break your jog into a walk, walk for 30 seconds or 1 minute each time.
Make sure to record your times. We’ll repeat this workout every few months and it’s a great one to be able to see your progress!
