Coach’s Notes
Working up to two singles at 90% on Bench Press today. One, make sure you have a spotter (technically you should always have a spotter) and, two, don’t force anything that isn’t there. You’re always better off hitting a clean rep with a little less weight than getting buried by a rep that was too heavy.
