Coach’s Notes
Similar rep scheme on Bench today as we did with Back Squat yesterday. The 3 sets of 4 at 75% should be challenging but very doable. If you’re feeling good and the first set of 75% moves well, feel free to bump up the last set or two closer to 80%.
After Bench, it’s more pressing, pulling and arms. Nothing fancy… just good solid work to finish off the week.
