Coach’s Notes
If ever there was a pure unapologetic feel-good lift on a Get Swole Friday, this one might be it.
No percentages so go with how you feel for everything.
Also, a good amount of dumbbell work. You can even do with dumbbells for the Overhead Presses if you want.
This is one where you should be feeling like a million bucks walking out the gym… even if that gym is your garage!
