Coach’s Notes
Mostly a pretty straightforward upper body lift with the addition of a few sets of Single Arm DB Snatches.
It’s also a lot of dumbbell and band work and that’s by design. The 300 we did yesterday is pretty taxing on the entire body, so the goal today is to get in some good work that will also be low stress on the joints.
Curious how to structure workout – do the 1a and 1b abd then transition to 2….then 3a and 3b…etc. doing all reps before moving on? I’ve looked for a video of the entire workout but maybe that’s part of a paid component. I would like to try before committing to a paid workout. Thank you very much.
Hey Dawn, you’re on the right track. 1A and 1B are supersetted together. Go back and forth until all those sets are complete. Then move to 2. Then, 3A and 3B are supersetted together as well. Hope that makes sense.
