Coach’s Notes
Today’s workout kicks off with two explosive movements, Single Arm Snatches and Box Jumps. Keep the weight on the Snatches moderate and focus on speed.
Next is another explosive movement, Hang Power Cleans. 75% should move really well. Don’t worry about getting too heavy. Keep the reps crisp with good bar speed.
If you’re not comfortable with Hang Cleans, here are some alternatives you can do instead.
Cleans are followed by some single leg work (Step-ups) and posterior chain work (RDLs). Finally, Upright Rows and some core work to close out the day.
