Hundo Challenge – Bench Press
Bench Press 100 x 50% (For clarity, 100 reps at 50% of Bench 1RM)
Each time the bar is racked:
- Jump Rope Taps x 100
- Seated Twist w/ 25-pound plate x 20
- 60 yard shuttle x 1
- Rest 1 Minute
Coach’s Notes
Goal is to get to 100 Reps as quickly as possible.
One tip: Don’t come out of the gate too hot. Save a few reps in the tank on those first few sets. Burning yourself out too early is, by far, the biggest mistake made on this Challenge.
