Hundo Challenge – Bench Press

Bench Press 100 x 50% (For clarity, 100 reps at 50%)

Each time the bar is racked:

  • Jump Rope Taps x 100
  • Seated Twist w/ 25 pound plate x 20
  • 60 yard shuttle x 1
  • Rest 1 Minute

Coach’s Notes

Goal is to get to 100 Reps on Bench as quickly as possible.

Yes, the one minute rest is REQUIRED at the end of the mini-circuit before jumping into the next set of Bench.

One of the keys here is to not burn yourself out too early. Keep a rep or two in the tank each set so you don’t hit the wall.
