Coach’s Notes

Today’s workout is a heaping spoonful of VOLUME. It’s essentially a Get Swole Friday on a Tuesday. Enjoy it because we still have a tough Deadlift day coming up on Thursday and some challenging Bench sets to finish the week.

So, go ahead and leave your sleeves at home for this one, crank up some good tunes and let the pump commence!
