It Takes Two
Grab a Partner* and Complete the Following:
- 100 Pull-ups
- 100 Push-ups
- 100 Deadlifts @ 225 pounds
- 100 Walking Lunges (each leg)
Divvy up the reps between the two partners however you see fit. Time concludes when all reps are completed.
35-minute time cap.
Scaling Options
Scale Deadlift weight as needed (aim for a weight that is challenging for a set of 10).
Sub Inverted Row for Pull-ups as needed.
*If you do not have a partner, cut all reps in half and complete solo.
