Coach’s Notes
Buckle up.
There is a reason why there is really only one exercise in today’s workout.
5 sets of 7 at 70% is going to test you physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally (and any other ‘ally’ that you can think of).
To say this is an advanced rep scheme is an understatement. If you can attack and conquer all 5 sets at 70%, then job well done.
However, IF you feel you need to dial this one down a bit by either cutting down on the reps or pulling back on the intensity (aka the percentages), then by all means, do it. I’m all for challenging and pushing yourself, but also make sure to be smart and make sure you can maintain proper technique.
