Sets of 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

  • Deadlift 315 lbs
  • Push Press 155 lbs

Break up into sets as necessary

Scaled Level II

  • Deadlift 225 lbs
  • Push Press 95 lbs

Scaled Level I

  • Deadlift 135 lbs
  • Push Press 65 lbs
