Hundo Challenge – Bench Press
Bench Press 100 x 50% (For clarity, 100 reps at 50%)
Each time the bar is racked:
- Jump Rope Taps x 100
- Seated Twist w/ 25 pound plate x 20
- 60 yard shuttle x 1
- Rest 1 Minute
