Bench Press 100 x 50% (For clarity, 100 reps at 50%)

Each time the bar is racked:

  • Jump Rope Taps x 100
  • Seated Twist w/ 25 pound plate x 20
  • 60 yard shuttle x 1
  • Rest 1 Minute
