Coach’s Notes

After some Med Ball throws, we’re working up to a heavy single on Deadlift. Make sure to brace and lock in your technique for those heavy reps.

Listen to your body, scale back if needed, or cut it loose and go after something heavy if the first single at 90% feels really good.

Renegade Rows are a beast! Keep your feet about shoulder width apart, keep your core tight and try not to twist around all over the place while you row.

Finally, we’re finishing the day with some additional core work and a few sprints because pool season is approaching fast…
