Coach’s Notes

We’re continuing to progress with our Deadlifts, slowly increasing the intensity with two sets of 3 at 82%.

All the accessory work is a direct complement to the Deadlift as well… lower body strength, posterior chain, core and grip… all key components to pulling more weight off the floor.

If you don’t have a hyper machine for Weighted Hypers, a DB RDL makes a solid substitute in this spot.

    1. Hello Mandy – first, welcome! I have an Exercise Library link in the menu that includes individual pages for each exercise. You can also use the search icon in the corner of the screen to search for any exercise. Honestly, though, the easiest way is probably to sign up for the emails. I link directly to each exercise in them. Hope that helps!
