Coach’s Notes
I’ve left percentages off the Deadlifts for today. This leaves the intensity in your hands. If you’re feeling good and want to push yourself, go for it. If you feel you need a lighter day, that’s okay too. Go based off how you feel.
After the Deadlifts, we have some Front Rack Step-ups. You might not be familiar with this particular Step-ups variation, but it’s exactly what it sounds like. Steps-ups holding the bar in a front rack position as you would for Front Squat.
Finally, let’s talk Nordics. If you have a partner, great. If not, find something you can use to anchor your feet and really focus on controlling the eccentric on each rep.
