  • Bench Press @ 185 pounds (Male) 115 pounds (Female)
  • Pull-Ups

Using the two exercises above in any combination, in any order, get to 151 reps as quickly as possible.

  • Bench Press 135 pounds (Male) 75 pounds (Female)
  • Pull-ups

Level I

Inverted Rows

Bench Press 95 pounds (Male) 45 pounds (Female)
