Sample Warm-Ups
Even though I don’t write out a warm-up for each workout, you absolutely should be doing one!
If you’d like some warm-up ideas, here are a few warm-up routines that you can choose from:
Warm-Up 1
2 Rounds
- Jump Rope x 30 seconds
- Bodyweight Squats x 10
- Reverse Lunge and Reach x 8 each leg
- Jump Rope x 30 seconds
- Pushups x 10
- Reach Thru and Rotate x 5 each side
- Jump Rope x 30 seconds
- Glute Bridge x 10
- Toe Touches x 25
Warm-Up 2
3 Rounds
- Jumping Jacks x 10
- Bodyweight Squat x 10
- Bodyweight Good Morning x 10
- Reverse Lunge and Reach x 5 each leg
- Pushups x 10
- Straight Leg Situps x 10
Warm-Up 3
2 Rounds
- Jump Rope x 30 seconds
- Supine Straight Leg High Kick x 5 each leg
- Iron Cross x 5 each leg
- Scorpion x 5 each leg
- Groiner x 5 each leg
- Handcuffs x 10
- Reach Thru + Rotate x 5 each side
