Coach’s Notes
To be clear, yes, we’re working up to a heavy single, but no, it’s not a ‘max out’ day.
If you want to bump those last couple sets up a bit, go for it, but try to keep that last single to no more than 90%. If you bump to 90% and still crush it, then it might be time to move that working max up a few pounds!
After the Front Squats, we have some single leg work and posterior chain. Then, we finish off with some core and a splash of cardio (summer is coming!).
